capital, Guatemala City in the morning and in the afternoon, leave for
Antigua, to overnight there.
Visit this old colonial capital and its surroundings. Then depart for Iximche, where there will also be sightseeing. Enjoy your overnight at Lake Atitlán, followed by a launch excursion to the picturesque lakeside village of Santiago Atitlán. Then proceed to Chichicastenango for the overnight at the Mayan Inn. Experience the colorful open-air market and the Church of Santo Tomás and then proceed to Quetzaltenango for the night. Shop the market in Zunil and the beautiful Almolonga Valley before returning to Guatemala City. |
